This policy explains what personal data spmphysics.com.my collects, why, and how we look after it. We follow Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA 2010).
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us on WhatsApp. That usually includes the parent’s or student’s name, the student’s form (F4 or F5), the target grade, the exam year, the general area you are in, and the messages you send us about the chapter or topic you need help with.
We do not run any sign-up form on this website, and we do not ask for identity-card numbers, addresses or payment-card details here.
Why we use it
We use your details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and arrange the right teacher and lesson time for the student. Knowing the form, target grade and the chapter a student is stuck on lets us assign a suitable teacher from our team quickly.
Who can see it
Your details stay with us and with the teacher we assign you, so the teacher can prepare for the lesson. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them to provide the service, to reply, arrange lessons and stay in touch about them. If you would like us to remove your details, message us on WhatsApp and we will do so.
Your rights under PDPA 2010
Under the PDPA 2010 you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, and to ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date. To make a request, message us on WhatsApp at wa.me/60172197185 and we will respond.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not load third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If we enable basic analytics in future, it will only count visits and pages in aggregate, nothing that identifies you personally, and we will update this page.
