How to secure a B in SPM Physics

A B grade rewards consistency more than flair. The most efficient path is to make sure you never lose the marks that are within reach. In Paper 1, know your definitions and units well, and use elimination on objective questions when you are unsure.

Structured questions in Paper 2 usually begin with recall and simple application before getting harder. Answer those opening parts confidently and you build a strong base. Even if the final part of a question defeats you, the earlier marks are yours.

The technique that moves the needle here is formula discipline: learn the core relationships for each chapter, practise rearranging them, and always convert units before substituting.

A simple plan: revise one chapter at a time until you can answer its standard questions, then practise past-paper structured questions topic by topic, keeping a short list of formulas you still confuse.
