The following is our own teaching analysis, offered as a study guide rather than a forecast. Across recent SPM Physics papers, certain broad areas of the KSSM syllabus appear frequently because they are central to the subject. In mechanics, kinematics, Newton's laws, momentum, and force analysis recur often. Pressure, including fluids and Archimedes' principle, is a regular feature.

Heat topics such as specific heat capacity, latent heat, and the gas laws come up repeatedly, as do waves and light, particularly reflection, refraction, lenses, and wave behaviour. Electricity and electromagnetism are consistently important, covering circuits, Ohm's law, power, and induction.

Experimental and graph skills appear throughout, especially in the data-based and Paper 3 style questions, so they reward practice regardless of chapter.

Treat this as guidance on where to build strong foundations, not as a prediction of the next paper. Every chapter in the syllabus remains examinable, and a balanced revision plan is always the safest approach.
