Weak-foundation rebuild for Kuala Lumpur students, taught online and one-to-one. We rebuild from the basics upward so later chapters finally make sense.
Lessons are in English, from RM50/hr.
Who in Kuala Lumpur this is for
KL has a dense mix of SMK, SBP, fully residential science schools, Chinese independent schools (e.g. in the Cheras and Kepong areas) and private/international schools running the SPM stream. For Kuala Lumpur students, weak-foundation rebuild online means the help arrives at home, no evening commute near KLCC, and the full hour spent on exactly what this student needs.
How the sessions fit a Kuala Lumpur timetable
We schedule around school hours, co-curricular activities and, in the Kuala Lumpur exam season, trial-exam weeks. Because everything is online, a Kuala Lumpur student keeps the same teacher whether they are at home, boarding, or back in the kampung for the holidays.
Where the marks actually go
In Paper 2, marks are awarded line by line, for the formula, the substitution, the unit and the final answer. Many Kuala Lumpur students write only the answer and lose the method marks.
Our teachers train the full layout until it is automatic, so a student earns every mark their understanding deserves.
Practical skills without a lab
Many Kuala Lumpur families assume Paper 3 needs lab equipment. In fact the marks come from tabulating data, plotting a careful graph, taking a gradient, and explaining the result, all of which we practise online with real example datasets.
It is often the fastest grade improvement a student can make.
Keeping earlier chapters alive
Paper 1 draws on all thirteen chapters, so a Kuala Lumpur student's lessons revisit earlier topics in short bursts while the school moves forward, five minutes on a Form 4 formula at the start of a Form 5 lesson keeps it from fading.
Secondary schools in Kuala Lumpur
According to the official KPM secondary-school list (as at 30 June 2022), Kuala Lumpur has 113 secondary schools teaching roughly 102,067 students, including 98 national secondary schools (SMK), 4 fully residential schools (SBP), 3 vocational colleges (KV), 1 Form Six centres. Among the largest are Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Kepong Baru (2,248 students); Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Chong Hwa (2,124 students); Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Taman Melawati (2,003 students); Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Kepong (1,995 students); Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Sungai Pusu (1,934 students).
Most sit in the town centre.
Every one teaches the same national SPM Physics syllabus (code 4531), so whatever school a Kuala Lumpur student attends, a one-to-one online lesson can go straight to the chapter they keep losing marks on. We are an independent service, not affiliated with any of these schools, and make no ranking or results claims.
Getting started in Kuala Lumpur
Message us on WhatsApp with the student's form (Form 4 or Form 5) and the chapter they find hardest. We reply the same day, assign a suitable teacher from our team, and arrange a paid one-hour trial, a real lesson, from RM50/hr, so the family can judge the fit before continuing.
